I am very new to QB and have online plus. We are nonprofit and I have catergorized all bank transactions. So far, all donations have been made through venmo or given by check. The $ are not showing with the donors and idk how to fix it.
I have very little computer experience. We are a nonprofit and have QB Plus. I have catergorized all of our bank transactions. So far, all donations have been made through venmo to our nonprofit checking account or given to us by checks and we have deposited them into our np checking account. The amounts of the donations don't show up with the donors. How do I fix this so that I can send donors an end of year receipt? Idk very much about this so I really need step by step instructions please.
