Question

I am wondering why can't I see who connected my apps as an administrator? It simply states next to the connected app: "This app was connected by another user"

Hello @paul-bignetwork-,

Welcome to the Community. I can share what I know about integrating third-party apps with QuickBooks Online.

The apps connected by other users or non-admin will show with the same message in the My Apps section. Right now, QuickBooks can only share limited information about third-party applications.

I appreciate your input on this feature. It would be great for the admin or other users to view apps linked to the account. While we assess this, I recommend sending your feedback directly to our product engineers.

We continue to update the features in QuickBooks, and this preference might be available in the future. Here's how to send feedback:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Feedback under Profile.
  4. Share your feedback.
  5. Hit Next

I've also attached an article you can visit to know more about how you can move app ownership to another user in QuickBooks: Transfer app ownership or disconnect apps.

Hit that Reply button anytime you have questions or concerns about connecting third-party applications. Have a great day ahead.
