Question

I asked a question earlier, but it might have been confusing. Essentiall what I'm having an issue with is, my navigation menu is empty. There are no options on the left

I have the header of the navigation menu, but there are no options anymore.  Please help

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @jaryane. Let me share some information about your navigation panel. 

 

There are times when QuickBooks online is poorly configured. It might be that there was a glitch in your QBO. 

 

In the meantime, I suggest using a private window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

 

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

 

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

 

When you find the navigation panel, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.
