I bought a new phone halfway through the year and when I went to sign back in on the new phone to my account I think I started a new account and lost the first half of the years information and don't know how to recover it to file for last year now?

When logging in, we just need to make sure you're using the same login credentials, user ID, and password. If you're unsure of your credentials, you can reset them. From the login page, click Forgot your user ID or password. Then, follow the onscreen steps on how to recover them.

You may also reset them through a browser by clicking this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

Additionally, I suggest you cancel the newly created account. This is to make sure that you won't be charged twice.
