I can access my account from my phone but not from my desktop

Let me share some details about accessing your account, turnpikestudios@. 

 QuickBooks Online(QBO) and Quickbooks Desktop(QBDT) are two separate platforms. Any transactions you've created in QBO won't show up in QuickBooks Desktop or vice versa.
