I can log into my account on quick books and see my business name at the top of the screen, but four green dots keep spinning in the middle of the screen. It's been doing this all day. My wife can log into school stuff no problem. Is the program

I know how important it is to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to have some work done. Rest assured that I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to get back to business. 

Browsers can occasionally be poorly configured, which leads to issues. I suggest opening a different browser or a private window to isolate the issue. Here's how to activate incognito mode in some of the most common online browsers: 
 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If your QuickBooks account finally loads and you'll get to access it, it's safe to say that the browser has caused it. This can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies.
