Question

I can no longer access quickbooks online through my windows app. I can access it through my web browser.

I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the latest version. I have cleared the cache and reset the app data. I have disabled my firewall and antivirus and every other program I could disable. Any other ideas?

I appreciate the things you've done to fix this issue.

 

In addition to it, we need to make sure that you meet the system requirements. The QuickBooks Online Windows App needs Windows 7 SP1, 8.x, 10. Also, a high-speed internet connection is recommended.

 

If this error continues, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for further investigation.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Can't access QuickBooks Online Windows App".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to continue using a browser.
