I can not access function Report - Journal, while the system said I may clicked their URL. Then what is the new Quickbooks URL ?

Did you get a message saying you clicked the URL when you went to the Report menu?

If so, you might be experiencing a browser issue. Let's start by opening an incognito window to fix the issue. You can use the shortcut keys below.

Also, please ensure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser to make sure that QuickBooks runs smoothly.
