I can not duplicate a profit and loss report year to year. why?

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm here to help make sure that you'll get the help that you need about duplicating the report.

If you have the QuickBooks Online subscription, duplicating a report is unavailable. However, you can save a customized report and share it with the other user. If you wish to have a copy of this report, I suggest exporting this to Excel file. 

Let me walk you through the process:

1. Go to the Reports tab in the left-hand menu, then open the report you're wanting to export.
2. At the top-right of the report, press on Save Customization.
3. Click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu, then select the Custom Reports tab.
4. Open the report and export it to Excel.
