I can help you with finding your saved reports, @manny17.

After customizing and saving the memorized report, you can now find them from your Custom Reports tab in the Reports menu.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Custom Reports.
  2. You'll see a list of all memorized or a group of memorized reports.
  3. Click to run the report.

For more details about finding, running, exporting, editing, or deleting a report, check out this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

To guide you further in filtering to show specific accounts or customers and customizing it, refer to this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. This will also guide you in exporting a custom report in Excel or PDF format.

I'm always here if you need further help with your reports. Just let me know by leaving a reply below. Keep safe and have a wonderful day!

@manny17 ,

When you export to Excel or PDF, QBO saves to the directory last used for a download.  (I just tested this using the QBO Demo, and it went to the folder I had last downloaded to, which wasn't even related to QBO or any client... it went to where I had downloaded a business intelligence demo yesterday.)

If you open File Explorer, you can see the last 20 files under Quick Access (that's found at the top of lefthand column).  Another way to check where the reports may have gone is to go through the same steps as you normally do to save a report, and watch when the File Explorer window pops up for you to select a directory/folder.
