I can not find several months of my account information in my quickbooks online. please help?

Hello there, @SGreenemom.

 

Let's find your account information. Make sure that you are at least the Master Admin or Company Admin to help you isolate and check your account info. 

 

You can see the activities in Audit log to check if there are changes made into the account like removed information. You can also review if settings were changed and who have logged in into the QBO account by following these steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right.
  2. Select Audit log on the Tools section.
  3. Review the account event.

 

Also, if you're referring to transactions that you created in QBO, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report to review the account information. Running reports will help you determine if the transactions are saved in QBO.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab and then type Transaction Detail.
  2. Select the Transaction Detail by Account report.
  3. Review the report.

In case there are no activities recorded in the Audit log and the transactions, I'd recommend contacting our Care Support team to verify and investigate it further. They have tools to check your account and run screen share.
