I CAN NOT GET THE RENEW SUBSCRIPTION RED ICON TO GO OUT EVEN THOUGH MY PAYROLL SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE

Thanks for bringing to our attention, @sjj41.

 

As of this moment, there's an ongoing investigation in regards to the "Reactivate Subscription" alert that shows to our customers QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) home screen.

 

Our product engineers are aware of this  issue and are now working hard to fix this the soonest. I recommend reaching out to our chat support. This will help us add your account's details to the list of the affected users. This will also make sure that we can notify you once a fix is available.

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  4. We’ll provide you a few support options. Select which one is best for you.
