I can not get to resubscribe

Hey there, @kemishalondon

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I understand how frustrating it can be when you can't get resubscribed. Rest assured, we will get you back up and running in no time.

 

To help me best understand the concern, could you provide a screenshot? Also, to clarify, do you receive an error when trying to click on resubscribe? Narrowing these down will help me to find the easiest resolution for you. However, while I await your response, I've included the steps to resubscribe in QuickBooks Online below. Just in case we are missing a step. 

 

First:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on the Gear Icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Tap on Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Then make sure to:

  1. Log out, then log in again.
  2. Hit the Gear Icon, then Account and Settings
  3. Select Billing & Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
