Hi @lanny.jaresh,

 

I'm here to assist and get you to log back into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If your password is no longer being accepted or you forgot it, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the QBO log in page.
  2. Tap the I forgot my user ID or Password link.
  3. Enter either your registered phone number, email address, or user ID, then press Continue.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.

Should you wish to use a different email address for your login credentials, open this article: Change the email address you use to sign in. You have 2 different options on how you can about doing this. Feel free to choose which one you prefer.
