I can only complete one task with QBOnline, then it requires me to logout and log back in. For example, I click on "Expenses" and enter an expense. When I click on "Add Invoice" it freezes and takes me nowhere. In order to complete that next task I need to logout and login again. That is required for every task i need to complete.

Good day, @StephenV.

I recognize the amount of frustration that you experience while completing the task. I came here to share some solutions to the errors.

QuickBooks Online appears to be hampered by browser or cache issues. We can try the troubleshooting methods below to reduce the error you've encountered.

1. Try Logging into QuickBooks Online using a private browser.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

2. Next, let's Clear the browser cache if you can open the transactions in a private window. It indicates a minor bug in the regular browser you've been using.

3. To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use supported and up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

I'm also adding this video tutorial to handle your vendors in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, QuickBooks Online employs a shot clock feature for your protection. This feature prevents unauthorized users from accessing your data while you are away from your computer. This article will teach you how to change timeouts: Change the timeout duration in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also like to help if you need assistance creating customized reports. I'll always be available. Keep yourself safe!

Thank you @ChristineJoieR ,

Moving to a Private Browser seems to have solved the problem, but clearing my cache, etc in Chrome did not.
