Let’s rule out a possible cache issue, @pitayasnacks.

 

The browser uses cache files to help load web pages faster for future visits. However, too much cache causes an issue that can affect the performance of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Thus, you’re unable to access it.

 

To verify this, let’s access your account in a private window (incognito). This doesn’t store cache data, thus, it’s a great tool to check for browser cache issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts for reference in opening a private window:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

If you’re able to access your account, I’d suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to delete those cache files. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
