I can't connect my account. Quickbooks won't let me select my account.

Quickbooks displays our  Live Oak Business Savings account, but won't let me select it.

It sounds like QuickBooks might be having trouble syncing with your Live Oak Business Savings account. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account under “Banking” to refresh the connection. Also, make sure your QuickBooks version is up to date, and check if any pop-up blockers are preventing the selection. If the issue persists, reach out to Live Oak’s support to see if there are any restrictions on their end.
