I can't connect my bank account to the app any solutions to this?

I'm here to help you connect your bank account to an app. You'll want to update the app in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and then try connecting again. This way, it'll refresh the app settings in the program.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Choose the app you want to update.
  3. Go to the Settings (3 dots) and then click Update.
