I can't link my go2bank with my account

When you searched the bank is it on the list? If not, you can request it by click the Still can't find your bank? option and then enter the correct's bank name and URL. Click Request. Meantime, you can manually download your bank transactions from the bank's website and import them into QuickBooks. However, if it's already connected and transactions are not downloaded, you can refresh the connections. Let me show you how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Bank accounts. 
3. Click Refresh all.
