I can't log in using Symatics

It said it was authenticated, yet I can't log in. I can't get any help from lame Intuit

I'd love to help you with your concern about logging in using Symatics, but can you please provide further information about it? Is this a third-party app? Any additional details would help us provide the best resolution on this matter.

It is Symantec VIP, a standard code generator security app.  I authenticated it, and everything said it was ready, but every time I try to log in using the code generated by the app, I can't log in.

To check what's causing the error you're having when trying to log in using the code generated by the app, I suggest reaching out to Symantec VIP customer support. They can isolate the error you're having in a secure environment and resolve it.

 

In the meantime, you can log in to your QBSE account using this link: QuickBooks Self-Employed. Then, get the 6-digit code for the verification we sent to your email address.
