İ Can't login to my accountant access in QuickBooks

Hello,  İ need help.

İ have this client İ have been working on for years as an accountant in his QBO account. 

 

İ tried to access the account on his companies profile but it just keep circling me to the login page and choose your company page. İ entering correct credentials. 

 

What should İ do? İ tried to contact to support but it also brings me to the login page nothing happen just keeps circling. 

İ also used different devices,  clear history and so on.

Please know that as you continue to utilize available browsers to use QBOA and manage clients, it collects temporary internet files that can affect your experience when browsing the program. To determine if it has something to do with what web browser you're using, you'll want to access your account using an incognito browser. Use these shortcut keys to access one:

 

  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘+Shift+N
  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

Once you're ready, go to your account's company and select the client's accountant that you wish to handle. If it goes through, proceed to clear your browser's cache. Check out this article for more details: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your response , But I still can't go through to my client's Quickbooks. I was able to sign in but when I click company it brings me back to sign in page. 

 It seems that the problem is due to my connection to the accountant firm I was Under. When I trained to be Bookkeeper my Mentor added me to her accounting Firm Company where I get my ProAdvisor certificate and even after the training I still connected to that Firm and I used it when I need to access my Client's QuickBooks Account , But It seems that The Company is no longer active since it was for training purposes only , however that's the way I can access to my Client's Quickbooks account , What should I do?
