I can't open my Android app. Get the error message that the account isn't registered for QuickBooks Online when I clearly can sign in with the same account on desktop.

I use the same account credentials but for the Android app it tells me that the account isn't registered for QuickBooks Online.

Thank you, but I've already done both options and neither changed anything. 

 

I'm still getting the same error message that my email isn't registered for QuickBooks Online when it clearly is.
