I canceled all of my quickbooks online and desktop subscription, how soon before im issued my refunds for these subscription?

Once you cancel your subscription in QuickBooks, the refund will be processed 7-10 days after full verification.

 

For more information about the refund request, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure session and can trace the refund transaction for you.

 

Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Subscription refund" in the description box, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
