I canceled my subscription but i still got charged for self employed. Is there a way to get refund and also figure out to completely cancel my subscription?

Since QuickBook Community is a public forum, therefore we don't have the tools to check your account's subscription. However, you can reach out to our phone support. This way, they can check your account and process a refund for you. 

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  2. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Select between Message an agent and Get a callback.

 

To ensure we address your concern on time, check out our support hours.

 

Also, you can log in to your QBSE account if you wanted to check if your subscription was canceled. The system will automatically prompt you to subscribe if your account was successfully canceled.
