I canceled my subscription per out rep. and i was advised id see a refund withing 5-7 days. On day 20 and still not refund

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Since Community is a public space and we're unable to pull up your account. I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They have the tools to pull up your account and check the status of your refund.  

 

 

To contact our support, here's how:  

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.
