I cancelled and subscription and still being charged.

The security of your account is our top priority here in the Community. Reviewing your charges requires securely pulling up your account. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can verify why you're still being charged after you cancelled your subscription and process the necessary refund. You can first check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time.

 

In case you want to talk to one of our representatives, you'll have to request a callback. For the detailed steps, here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a call or Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
