I suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team since you still got charged even after account cancellation. This way, we can look into further details as to what happened to your billing.

 

Let me show you how you can contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Choose between Talking to a Human or Chat.
