I cannot find Tags in my Settings menu anywhere. Any idea?

I'd be glad to provide some info about Tags in QuickBooks Online.

Tagging within the system allows you to track transactions however you'd like. Items that can be tagged include invoices, expenses, and bills. To go one step further, once transactions are tagged, you can then create groups to see how certain areas of your business are doing. 

As Tags are a new feature in QuickBooks Online, not all accounts have the function just yet. No worries, every account will soon have this new feature added. In the meantime, I invite you to check out this article that offers a detailed breakdown of how tagging works.
