Question

I cannot get QuickBooks Plus to take my $70.00 payment. I was told the account was open.

Credit Card account but I could also use check, but I cannot get pencil to work. The instructions say update your card. I deleted it and put it in again.

I've conducted a thorough research here and found out that we have an open investigation about this issue, misha2811.

 

I've also asked our product development team to look into this issue. Rest assured, they're prioritizing and working hard to get this fixed. For now, I encourage you to give us a short call so that we can directly add your contact information to our notification list. Please have our technical support link your case number to INV-42853.   4. Hit the Let's talk button.

Thank you for your reply. It might be helpful for your research team to know that our intentions were to close the credit account and have the payment come out of our banking account. Neither payment method worked. I was very relieved when the payment was paid.
