I cannot replace the login email, how can i change it? I need a different one for login verification

It's easy to change the email address you use to sign in. Let me show you how:

1. From your QuickBooks Online account, click the Avatar icon, next to the Gear icon, and select Manage your Intuit account or Your account.
2. Go to the Sign in & Security menu.
3. In the Email address section, select and change it. 

If you want to use the new email address as the username, you'll want to change the User ID too. Also, if you can't log in and no longer have access to the phone number or email address, here's how to recover your account.
