I cannot sign into my account online. When I do it asks for me to create a subscription.

You might be entering a different user ID. Please ensure to login using your frequently used user ID or email address. If yes, let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix it.

 

Here's how:

 

1. log in to your account using private/new incognito window.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

2. Clear the cache to get rid of stored internet files.

3. Use a different browser.

 

If the issue still persists, I'll suggest contacting our online support. They can check the account to know the cause of it.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

2. Select Forgot user ID or password.

3. Enter the user ID or email.

4. Click Continue.

5. Choose Contact customer support, then you'll see phone numbers base on your region.
