I cannot view Management Reports prior to this year even when I select the time period of "Since 365 Days Ago"

When I pull up my Management reports that I have had in place for many months, I cannot get the report to run for anything but the current year anymore. I select the time period of "Since 365 Days Ago" but the only report results that come up are for 2024. Please help!

Setting up the correct period for 2023 should show on the Management reports, @dnmh. We can perform some troubleshooting to isolate this issue.

Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a webpage issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

From there, sign in to your QuickBooks account to see if you can record deposits successfully. If it works, I recommend clearing the default browser's cache. Please do not include the cookies because they store helpful connection information. You can also use other supported browsers to isolate this issue.

See this article to learn how to enter deposits in the program: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you'd like to save its current setting, refer to this link: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Hope this goes well so you can continue generating reports in the program. Let me know if you have other QuickBooks concerns. Stay safe.

Thanks for the quick reply, but this did not resolve the issue. I can still only see 2024 invoices. Is this a bug or known issue that others are having?

Hi there, dnmh. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Let me help you run a Management report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When running a report, the "365 days ago" filter refers to a date range that includes the past 365 days from the current date. This means that the report will only include data within that specific date range including the January 2024 transactions.

Since only 2024 transactions are showing after performing the suggested solution above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and perform a screen-sharing session to help determine the root cause of the issue.

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

For future reference, here's an article you can check for the best practices when reconciling your account: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks. It also provides information on what to do when encountering challenges during the reconciliation process.

Keep me posted if you have any other QuickBooks Online concerns. I'm always here to help!
