I cant get QuickBooks time to work . It asked me for a number to log in with and I cant find what number the app needs . I own the company and cant find it

Let me help you to get your QuickBooks Time working, mountainridgecar.

 

If you can't find the number to log in to your QuickBooks Time account, we can reset your QuickBooks Time password to recover your credentials. Once it is reset, you'll be able to sign in again as normal. Here's how to reset the password on your computer: 

  1. Go to quickbooks.intuit.com/time-tracking and choose Sign in.
  2. Select QuickBooks Time.
  3. Enter your Email or User ID.
  4. If prompted, choose Sign in with QuickBooks Time or Sign in with Intuit.
  5. If you selected Sign in with QuickBooks Time, select I forgot my user ID or password. Then, enter your email address or mobile number, and tap Recover my info. Once done, open the email or text from QuickBooks Time Support and click Reset your password.
  6. If you selected Sign in with Intuit. Go to Try something else. Then, enter the phone number, email address, or user ID, then Continue. Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks Time. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. Once done, press Reset password.
