I changed my phone number and my old number is set for two-factor authentication. I've updated my profile but verification still is being sent to my old number. Help!

  1. Go to this link: accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Enter your QuickBooks Online credentials.
  3. Click the Sign in & security menu, then choose Phone.
  4. Press Change next to your phone number.
  5. Select your country and enter the new number.
  6. Enter the QuickBooks Online password, then Save.
  7. Select how you want to confirm your contact information by selecting Text message or Voice call, then choose Continue.
