Question

I connected my chase business account to Quickbooks but it isn't showing up. Whenever I try to reconnect, it says I'm already connected even though I can't see it

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Allison. Let's verify your account's banking connections and perform some ways to troubleshoot this. Allow me to share further inputs.

In your QuickBooks Solopreneur account, you can go to Settings and navigate to Manage Connections under the Banking column. This page lists all your banks connected to QuickBooks.

I'm including a screenshot below for reference.

However, if the issue persists, you can consider accessing your account in a private browser to ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing internet data.

You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If you can manage your banking connectivity from there, you can get back to your default browser or use a different supported browser.

Once everything looks good, you can utilize this guide to help you review and manage bank entries: Categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur.

With this step-by-step guide, it'll help you manage your bank and overall financial entries. If you have any questions or need more help, just reply to this thread. I'm here to help.
