Question

I currently have access as a company admin,I was previously able to back up the company data. I can no longer find the option to do so. Could you please help ?

First, let's check if you're logged in to the correct company. Backing up company data is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. Since you’re a company admin, you should typically have access to back up the data. Here’s how you can verify your current plan and role:

  2. Select Subscriptions and Billing under the Profile column. From there, you can see what plan you're logged into.
  3. Repeat Step 1 and select Manage Users under Your Company column to double-check your current role.
