I currently have two QB accounts. QB Self employed on my iPhone and QB Simple Start on my desktop which I have my phone also set up for. I would like to close the Self employed account and transfer info over to the Simple Start account. Not sure how?

Thanks for becoming a part of the Community, usercarlinfamilyme. I'd be more than happy to guide you through our process for switching from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

Initially, I recommend saving copies of your financial reports.
 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QBSE through a web browser.
2. In the left navigation bar, go to Reports.
3. Choose a tax year for Tax details.
4. Select your download icon.
   

Next, if you don't our Online Banking feature, you'll want to download your transaction data as a CSV file:

1. In the left navigation, go to Transactions.
2. Choose your transaction types and accounts.
3. Set an appropriate time period.
4. Click the download icon.
   

Now you're prepared to move your transactions into QBO and cancel the QBSE subscription.
