I currently lack permission to view the admin name or access admin rights within the company. I require admin rights for my role within the company?

Is there anyone can access your QBO account as a Primary Admin or a Company Admin?

Thanks for posting in the QuickBooks Community, Agooden. You can send a request to be the primary admin for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, and I'll be happy to guide you on how.

Since the primary admin or contact is unavailable to transfer the role to you, we need documentation to prove that you have rightful ownership or access privileges for the account. You'll also need to provide one of the following business documents:

• Proof of Transfer of Ownership.
• Power of Attorney.
