Question

I currently pay $25 and have never used the service but when i log in it give me 2 options a $10 option and a $17 option. why do i see this at all if i already a customer

I'm more than happy to help you log in to your paid QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

 

Let's make sure to use the correct login page for QBSE. It might've been the portal for QuickBooks Online accounts. Those two payment options might be the versions for QBO. 

 

Here's the correct link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

 

Since you've mentioned that you're not using the service, you have the option to cancel it (after retrieving the account). Here's how:

 

  1. Open the Gear icon menu.
  2. Choose Billing Info, then click Cancel subscription.

 

 

After canceling, the system will keep your data for up to a year. It will delete your information after that. More details about the cancellation process can be found here: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.
