I'd like to cancel my subscription and get a refund.

To cancel your QuickBooks subscription, you can follow the steps below: 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
2. Select the Gear ⚙ icon.
3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.

Then, you can request a refund for your QuickBooks Self-Employee account.
