Hi there, @283parezo. I'll share some details as to why you're prompted with CAPTCHA and Security code every time you access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.

Know that CAPTCHA or Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart helps to stop spam or automated data extractions from websites you accessed. As I've checked on my resources, the option to remove CAPTCHA verification when accessing an account in QBO is unavailable. Also, this usually happens when the browser you used to open a website isn't modified to not remember what you've recently accessed.

Since this feature strongly depends on the browser you're using to access QuickBooks, I recommend reaching out to your IT. This way, they can help you set your browser and stop the prompts you get whenever you log in to your QuickBooks Online account.

Additionally, here's an article to learn how you can set a protection to your QBO account: Verify your QuickBooks Online account with multi-factor authentication or two-step verification

You can also check this page to learn how QuickBooks protects your data from any potential fraud: Security.

There's nothing more important than providing you the service you deserve, @283parezo. We'll be happy to help you again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. Take care, and have a nice day!
