I’d like to transfer my subscription from my Apple ID to online on a credit card. When I go to billing, it won’t allow me to change it.

In this case, I recommend contacting our customer service team. They can show you how to transfer your subscription.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the communityStart a chat or Get a callback.
