I deleted a couple of inv payments. Realized it was a mistake. Need to restore.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @semperfitradingl. I'm here to share some details on how you can restore your deleted invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

The option to restore deleted invoice payments is currently unavailable. You will need to re-create the transaction to restore them in the system and you can use the Audit log feature to help you with details of your deleted transactions. Here's how:
 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. Go to Filter and select Show only these events, Transactions, and Deleted/Voided transactions.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Look for the deleted invoice and click View under the History column to get all the details that you need.

After checking the Audit log, you'll want to re-create the invoice. You can click the +New button, select Invoice, enter all the needed details based on your Audit log, and then click Save.
