Hello there, @aacompany-us-yah.

Since you won't be renewing your QuickBooks Online (QBO), I'll provide you with the complete process to receive a refund.

You'll only be eligible for a refund if it's within 60 days from the purchase date. Moreover, the 60-day money-back guarantee doesn't apply to monthly QBO subscriptions.

Check out this article for more info: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product.

On top of that, I recommend contacting the QBO Care Team to further help you in processing your refund. Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon.
  2. In the Search tab, tap the Contact Us icon below.
  3. Select Ask about something else table.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  5. Choose either Chat or Callback.

For more info, feel free to read this article: QuickBooks Online Support.

Since you won't be renewing your subscription, you can cancel this by reading this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription trial.

Also, if you want to save your data in QBO, you can check this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to come back here if you have additional QBO-related concerns. We'll be willing to lend a hand. Have a good one.
