I. dissolved my S-Corp in April 2019. I no longer use QBs online for that account. what happens if I cancel my online subscription for that account?

Hope you're having an awesome day. When you cancel your QuickBooks Online company, your data will remain in a read-only format for 1 year before the data is deleted. You can still login to your account, but you won't be able to make any changes. If you'd like a permanent backup of the data, you can export your data to a ZIP file consisting of Excel files or you can export a copy to QuickBooks Desktop.
