I down loaded my state employee contribution of wages for California but I don't see how to get the ETT/UI report. Plus do I need to file them on the site myself?

The EET and UI reports are currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, @Sandy1957. However, you can download the Payroll summary report for filling out your State tax on the website.

Here's how: 

1. Go to Reports. 
2. Scroll down under Payroll.
3. Select Payroll Summary. 

Please note that you can file your State tax on their website. You don't have to be on site.
