Hi @newbirthpcal-gma , try to role the payment after clear cache and browsing history then open private mode. Of still can't contact qb support with help function in qb. Comment back, cheers.

For the time being, you may accept payment thru MP as an additional option. Once your QuickBooks Payment account is approved, utilize MP as your backup option if required.
