I found the Intuit QB Employment Cost Calculator online but I can't find it here on the platform. I want to input our data and print out a report if possible.

Good day, gloria-ader,

 

The Employment Cost Calculator will only calculate the estimated annual employee cost. If you have an active payroll subscription, QuickBooks automatically calculate the taxes for you.

 

The payroll wage and tax calculations are derived from the payroll data and transactions you've entered in QuickBooks Online. Additionally, your employees and payroll items should be set up correctly to ensure accurate calculation of wages and tax amounts. 

 

If not, you can set up the payroll service, then create a paycheck. This way, you'll be able to get the report you need. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu,  then select Employees.
  2. Select Get Started with Payroll to begin the setup process.
  3. Enter your company and employee information.

After that, you can create a paycheck and run payroll reports. From there, you can go ahead and print them.
