I got a new phone and I am unable to get into my quickbooks account any ideas?

On the other hand, you'd want to make sure that you have downloaded the correct mobile app for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

1. Download the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app:

   • For Android devices, you can access the QuickBooks Self-Employed: Mileage Tracker and Taxes via Google Play Store.

   • For iOS devices, you can download the QuickBooks Self-Employed Mileage and Expense Tracker via the App Store.

2. Install the app on your device.
3. Sign in using the same username and password you've in the web browser.
