I got a new phone and I am unable to get into my quickbooks account any ideas?

I can help you log in to your account using the mobile app, @cgpurser-embarqm.

 

Let's first log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using the correct login credentials. Then, take note of the username and password you used.

 

Here's how to access your account:

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Use this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
  3. Enter your username and password.

On the other hand, you'd want to make sure that you have downloaded the correct mobile app for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  1. Download the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app:
  2. Install the app on your device.
  3. Sign in using the same username and password you've in the web browser.
