I have 2 emails connected to the same business, with each there own subscription, how do I delete 1 of them?

I can share a solution that can help delete one of your emails connected to your business.

 

Since you're working on the same business, you can cancel the subscription to the one that you're not working on to delete the email connected to it. This will avoid you from getting charged for each subscription. To cancel your subscription, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account that you want to cancel.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.
